This position is accountable for the following KPIs

The basic job duties for this position are as follows

  • Knowledgeable on property safety and layouts
  • Knowledgeable of what not to wash
  • Knowledgeable of tunnel equipment
  • Greet guest as they approach the car wash tunnel
  • Safely guide and load each vehicle per size
  • Use bug prep gun to properly prepare vehicles for wash process
  • Remove mud in wheel wells when appropriate
  • Perform safety inspection of vehicles before wash
  • Make key adjustments to car wash equipment
  • Knowledgeable on E-Stop Locations
  • Handle tunnel incidents effectively and safely
  • Responsible for vacuum service process
  • Participate in the nightly close down checklist
  • Engage with each guest using the 4 Steps of Service
  • Knowledgeable on 3 Single Wash packages
  • Informs all retail guests about Memberships
  • Able to present our Difference
  • Train new Team Members on approved training modules
  • Aid in member visit success rate. License Plate Recognition//RFID sticker reads
  • Communicates key vehicle information and equipment retracts to crew
  • Vacuum area observance for guest satisfaction

  • Is fluent in the LEAP Conflict Resolution process
  • Complete daily shift report to document shift performance
  • Maintains clean, organized car wash facility
  • Learn how to safely open and close the car wash with leadership
  • Safely use ladders and engage e-stop while cleaning
  • Learn backroom safety and equipment knowledge
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct
  • Follow Champion safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, amd harsh chemicals
  • Assist in cleaning the facility which includes the equipment, walls, trench, vacuums, trashcans, and lot
  • Willing to work in all weather conditions (cold,hot,wet,rain,snow)
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • On your feet 100% of the day and outside
  • Attend all mandatory training sessions
  • Attend all mandatory team meetings and cleaning.
