Job description

JOB TITLE: Senior Quality Assurance

JOB LOCATION: 500 North Point Pkwy., Alpharetta, GA 30005
DUTIES: Ensure the quality and performance of new and existing applications and interfaces by systematically validating and verifying software functionality, performance, and security through comprehensive testing methodologies. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases, including manual and automated testing, to ensure software quality. Log, track, and manage defects through resolution, ensuring thorough retesting and issue resolution. Conduct performance, load, stress, and security tests to ensure application reliability, scalability, and compliance. Work closely with development teams to review and understand software requirements, ensuring clear, complete, and testable specifications. Develop automated test scripts and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality assurance processes. Utilize QA/testing experience, including both manual and automated testing in software development environments. Utilize testing tools (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG), bug tracking systems (Jira, Bugzilla), and scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript). Use software development life cycle(SDLC) and various testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, integration). Utilize Salesforce configuration, customization, and testing-including Lightning components, Apex code, Visualforce pages, and integrations with external systems. Design and execute tests for complex data migrations, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security during transitions between legacy and Salesforce environments. Test Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and validating integrations with third-party applications, middleware, and enterprise systems. Utilize Salesforce deployment methodologies, including use of change sets, Salesforce DX, and sandbox environments for release management and validation. Use automation frameworks and tools compatible with Salesforce, including Selenium WebDriver, Provar, or Salesforce-specific automation platforms. Use Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules) and experience in validating compliance with organizational and regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR). Design and execute performance tests to ensure the Salesforce application meets scalability and response time requirements under expected user loads. Track, manage, and prioritize defects in large, multi-team Salesforce projects and conducting thorough root cause analysis for critical issues. Work closely with Salesforce admins, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and drive quality improvements. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and user-facing documentation, as well as delivering training and guidance for ongoing support and maintenance.
