About This Role

As a Wildlife Technician at Lookout Pest Control, you will be the face of our brand in the field—delivering exceptional service to homeowners and businesses across your territory. You will handle all aspects of rodent and wildlife management, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to safety, expertise, and care.

What You’ll Do
  • Meet with potential customers by appointment; prepare, present, and close new service agreements.
  • Perform comprehensive rodent and wildlife inspections and services, including treatment for bees, wasps, bedbugs, and fleas.
  • Diagnose and resolve wildlife and pest issues with professionalism and precision.
  • Diagram properties for treatment; read and explain service diagrams clearly to customers.
  • Review and communicate service contracts with customers and process payments.
  • Perform exclusion services to prevent future wildlife entry.
  • Conduct trap checks for both snap and live traps on a regular schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Ability to safely navigate customer locations, including ascending/descending stairs and ladders, and working in confined or tight spaces.
  • Ability to safely lift and move items and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Solid attention to detail and a commitment to thorough, quality work.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
