Job Summary
The Buffet Attendant is responsible for assisting with buffet food prep and service duties as assigned by the Sous Chef, including cleaning and refilling buffet items at pasta bar and carving station and maintain cleanliness and appearance standards in the buffet area. Will also be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of all hot and cold food items and must be able to uphold company food safety and sanitation standards.
Required
Familiarity with buffet-style food and beverage operations
Must be at least 18
Preferred
1 year of food and beverage experience
Typical Schedule
Days:
Follows the Sales schedule, which will change with the season
Currently:
  • Work: Saturday through Tuesday
  • Off: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Hours:
32 to 40 hours a week, with the possibility of overtime.
Core Responsibilities
  • Uphold standards of conduct, cleanliness, and food display and preparation quality, sanitation, and safety
  • Restock and maintain buffet area
  • Serve food at pasta bar and carving station
  • Assist with daily maintenance, cleaning, and operational tasks in kitchen
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain restaurant equipment, utensils, and tools
  • Load/unload trucks picking up or delivering supplies and food
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Other duties as assigned by management
