Position: Frame Buffing – Paint Department
Location: Owosso
Pay: $17.32
Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, OT is likely and may occur on the weekend

Summary: Buff aluminum frames and parts, for conformance to specifications.

Duties:

Smooth down bad spots with sandpaper or hand grinder

Must meet quality standards for finishing set by quality supervisor

Work with frame hauler/coordinator to prioritize workload

Follow color guidelines specified by hauling procedures

Follow all safety rules andmaintaina clean and organized work area

Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements:

Ability tolift upto 50lbsand stand, bend, and use hands for extended periods

Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts, vibration, and loud noise

Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing)

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

High school diploma or GED preferred

1–3 months of related experience or training is a plus (but notrequired)

Dependable and safety-focused
