Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a professional Traveling Floor Tech.

A successful multi-facility Floor Technician will be able to:

● Travel to various facilities as directed by the manager to perform work.

● Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum, strip, wax, buff, and polish various surfaces like tile, carpet, wood, concrete,

and stone.

● Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain industrial equipment, including commercial buffers, scrubbers,

burnishers, and carpet extractors.

● Deep Cleaning: Treat and remove stains from carpets and upholstery using appropriate chemicals and extraction methods.

● Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols regarding chemical dilution, equipment handling, and hazard warnings (e.g.,

placing "wet floor" signs to prevent slip and fall accidents).

● Site Preparation: Move furniture and equipment safely to access floor areas and return items to their proper places upon

completion.

● Ensure all clean and soiled rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards

● Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies

● Notify the supervisor of any damages, deficits, and disturbances

● Deal with responsible complaints/requests with professionalism and patience

● Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate

● Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety, be aware of any company-related practices
