  • Serve as the primary business partner and strategic advisor to assigned wholesaler leadership teams, driving long-term growth for the Craft West portfolio.

  • Develop and execute 90-, 120-, and 180-day market plans aligned with annual volume, distribution, and revenue objectives.

  • Analyze sales trends, market performance, and execution metrics to identify growth opportunities and recommend data-driven business strategies.

  • Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to provide market insights and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

  • Lead wholesaler education sessions focused on brand strategy, portfolio priorities, sales execution, and best practices.

  • Influence execution without direct authority by building credibility, fostering partnerships, and coaching wholesaler teams toward shared business objectives.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into action plans.

  • Experience leading business reviews, forecasting, and strategic planning.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners without direct reporting authority.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency with business analytics tools such as Power BI, Circana/Nielsen, or similar reporting platforms.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or similar field.
