Do you know your way around a nug? Are you a connoisseur of chill vibes and excellent customer service? We're searching for a Budtender Extraordinaire to join our high-flying team!

We're a friendly, vibrant dispensary that believes in knowledge, kindness, and great cannabis! Our mission is to make every customer feel at home while helping them find the products they'll love. If you have a green thumb for customer care and can drop knowledge on sativas, indicas, and everything in between, you might be our perfect fit! The Herbal Connection has been locally owned and operated for 12 years and still going strong. Come be a part of our team!

The Role:
As our Budtender, you'll be the face of our dispensary, guiding our customers through our curated selection and helping them discover their new favorite strains, edibles, and more! You may even have an opportunity to be a driver!
A typical day includes:
  • Customer Connections: Get to know each customer's preferences and recommend the right products.
  • Cash Handling: Give the people their product and the people will you give you their money - just make sure you count it right and keep your till in order
  • Store Chores: Help keep the store looking ship-shape
  • Product Knowledge: Stay in the loop on the latest strains, trends, and techniques. Help educate our team and customers on what makes each strain unique.
  • Basic Inventory Wizardry: help keep track of stock, and keep your knowledge up to date, help restock shelves, and make sure our displays are as fresh as our products! (this will be helping what's already done by the inventory team)
  • Vibe Mastery: Keep the atmosphere light, friendly, and welcoming-no bad vibes allowed!
  • Be a Guideline Guru and Compliance Captain: It's cool to be a rule follower! As long as you stay compliant, keep up with store procedures and policies, any SOP's and follow our handbook, we will be happy and do our best to keep you happy as well!.

What We're Looking For:
  • Knowledge and passion for cannabis culture
  • Have GREAT attendance
  • Great people skills-you're friendly, approachable, and have a sixth sense for customer needs!
  • Ability to recommend products to newbies and pros alike
  • 21+ with a valid cannabis work permit
  • Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a dispensary is a plus but not required!
