About the Job

A Brand Ambassador for Connected International will play a pivotal role in driving growth within designated markets. Their primary focus will be to support a range of activities including product demonstrations, Budtender trainings, product seeding, account follow-ups, administrative tasks, store visits, merchandising, and event support, among other miscellaneous support duties.
This dynamic role requires a proactive go-getter to ensure the successful execution of our marketing strategies. They must be willing to work weekends, adapting to the demands of the role to meet our objectives effectively. This position is based on a temporary employment contract, with potential opportunities for extension based on performance and business needs.

The Brand Ambassador will be covering the Corona area and surrounding areas (Orange County/Inland Empire).

NOTE: This is a part-time, long term temporary role with variable hours.

What You Will Do
  • Receive and engage in training sessions led by Team Leads or experienced Brand Ambassadors to ensure up-to-date knowledge and skills.
  • Participate in Demo's, Trainings, Events, Retail Installations, and Misc. duties.
  • Prepare for shifts as necessary, ensuring all materials and products are ready and available for use.
  • Support Retail merchandising with necessary materials and promotional items as required.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of Brand Ambassadors during event activations, contributing to team efforts and success.
  • Assist in gathering post-event reports to evaluate stock levels and key insights
  • Available for weekend duties and support needs.
  • Contribute to the achievement of organizational goals and maintaining high team morale ensuring the effective execution of company promotions.
What We Are Looking For
  • 1-2 years of experience in Field Marketing preferred, preferably in the Cannabis industry.
  • Deep understanding of and passion for cannabis
  • Strong understanding of the retail landscape across California.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with trade partners.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior and recommend new and effective trade marketing tactics.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work non-traditional schedule, including mandatory evening and weekend work, with days off occurring mid-week.
  • Reliable transportation and valid CA drivers license.
  • 21 years & older

Compensation Description (hourly): The hourly pay range for this position in the selected city is $25.00
