As a Budtender, you’ll be the face of our dispensary—educating and guiding customers through our curated selection of top-tier cannabis products. You’ll help ensure every guest leaves with the right product and a great experience.

Day-to-day duties include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service with a professional and positive attitude

  • Educating customers about product options, effects, and proper usage

  • Maintaining accurate cash handling and POS procedures

  • Supporting inventory management, stocking, and store cleanliness

  • Must be 21+ with a valid MA ID or Driver’s License

  • Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
