Dispensary Lead Budtender Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in marijuana inventory, sales, compliance, social media, patient retention and general success of the Dispensary Supervisory Responsibilities: Assist manager with new hires, and training budtenders. Assists with the daily workflow of the department. Assists with assignment of jobs and projects to staff to ensure that deadlines are met safely and accurately.

Duties/Responsibilities: Maintain high standards, practices and follow all Company SOP's Create a positive and welcoming environment to deliver a great customer experience Educate team members on all products offered and methods of use Organize and accurately complete all work in a timely manner Efficient with inventory processes, transfers, sales and supply ordering Proficient with the POS system, email communication and computer skills Upholding team members to Company standards and training new team members Pass on feedback about the store and help develop team members Dealing with disgruntled customers and delivering great customer service Following company social media posting protocols and marketing guidelines Monitor and maintain inventory levels and investigate any issues Oversee cleanliness and organization of the store Ensure effective communication between team members, management and Company Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Education and Experience HS diploma minimum Previous experience in Retail or Dispensary Management is preferred Computer Skills: Must be able to use or learn Microsoft Office efficiently and must be able to use or learn METRC system efficiently License and Certifications: Must possess or be able to obtain a valid State of Driver's License Must possess or be able to obtain any state requirments Physical Requirements: This job will require and active workday with standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly. Scheduling: Scheduling will be based on the needs of the business. Required to be on-call and to respond to emergency situations and available to work Holidays and weekends as needed.
