Job description

Position: Sr Financial Analyst

Compensation: $90K-$115K + Bonus + Benefits

Location: Remote-Eastern Time Zone


Remote-Centric Schedule - MUST BE BASED IN EASTERN TIME ZONE


The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing analysis in decision making in all matters operational, financial, and strategic. The candidate we are seeking has a strong analytical mindset with technical ability and excellent people and forecasting skills. If you meet the requirements, we invite you to join this

Responsibilities


  • Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to management
  • Create and present variance analysis reports and financial models to Executive Management
  • Lead financial forecasting and budgeting processes and actual vs budget variance analysis
  • Act as Strategic Business partner to Executive Management
  • Develop and present quarterly financial report decks to Executives via Power Point
  • Develop pro forma and forecasting models as well as monthly reporting materials
  • Responsible for consistent review of assigned Corporate business activities
  • Integral with development and implementation of improved business and financial processes
  • Design benchmarks and dashboards to drive strategic and operational decision making
  • Perform evaluation of new opportunities and potential risk through pro forma modeling and analysis


Qualifications 


  • BS in Finance, Accounting or related field combined with relevant analytical experience
  • Five (5) to ten (10) years of FP&A experience required
  • Highly adept with GAAP compliance, quantitative analysis and financial modeling
  • Very strong communication, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to accuracy with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively cross-departmentally and with Corporate Executives
  • Advanced MS Excel, Power Point and ERP accounting software proficiency required
  • System implementation experience and software industry background a plus
  • Proficiency with Sage Intacct not required but a big plus
