We value hard work, collaboration, mentorship, and creating opportunities for our people to grow.THE OPPORTUNITYAs a Project Manager, you'll lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, taking ownership of the schedule, budget, project team, and client experience.You'll work closely with Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, clients, architects, and other project partners to keep projects moving forward while maintaining Pavilion's standards for safety, quality, schedule, and performance.WHAT YOU'LL DOLead projects from preconstruction and startup through completion and closeoutDevelop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and overall project plansLead preconstruction and project meetings, establishing clear expectations for project stakeholdersCoordinate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, architects, and clientsServe as a primary point of contact for clients and project partnersMonitor project costs, schedules, quality, and overall performanceManage subcontractor performance, project documentation, changes, and other contractual requirementsIdentify project risks and proactively drive solutions to schedule, cost, scope, and coordination challengesMaintain clear and consistent communication with project teams and stakeholdersUse Pavilion's project management systems, tools, and procedures to maintain accurate project information and reportingLead, coach, and develop project team membersDrive successful project delivery while maintaining strong client and trade partner relationshipsWHAT YOU'LL BRING5+ years of construction experience with multifamily, senior housing, hospitality, or similar projectsPrevious experience as a Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, or in another construction project leadership roleStrong understanding of construction operations, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordinationAbility to read and interpret construction documents, plans, and specificationsStrong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced project environmentStrong relationship-building skills with clients, subcontractors, design partners, and internal teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project management softwareA collaborative leadership style with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityReady to build your vision?
