We are seeking a client-focused Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact experiential campaigns, PR mailers, and custom product concepts.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, commercially minded professional who can bring creative ideas to life while managing timelines, budgets, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. You will own projects from initial brief through final delivery, ensuring each initiative meets a high standard for quality, impact, and client satisfaction.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of experiential campaigns, PR mailers, and custom product initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies across multiple workstreams.
  • Partner with creative teams to turn strong concepts into feasible, production-ready solutions.
  • Lead client communication, presentations, and expectation-setting throughout each project.
  • Manage scope, budgets, profitability, risks, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with creative, production, finance, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Improve workflows and project-management processes to support delivery excellence.
  • Contribute to pitches, new-business opportunities, and account-growth initiatives.

What Youโ€™ll Bring

  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within experiential marketing, creative production, gifting, PR mailers, fashion, beauty, retail, or lifestyle.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects from briefing through final delivery.
  • Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Commercial and operational expertise, including budget ownership and cost control.
  • The ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience using Monday.com or similar project-management platforms.
