Overview
The Travel Agent directs, administers, and monitors the travel policies, guidelines, and budgets for the company. They make business travel arrangements for executives and employees as needed. They are responsible for optimizing travel operations, making travel arrangements over the phone or Internet, providing guidance on travel arrangements, and preparing budget reports.
What you will need
  • A bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Travel, or 3 - 5 years of experience in the Travel industry.
  • Knowledge of travel management processes.
  • Sabre (Travel Booking Software) experience required.
  • Advanced verbal and written English language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and MS Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
