Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in Alaska and premier employer in Kenai. We are looking for a Car Rental Clerk to join our Budget Car Rental team. This is a fast-paced environment serving clients coming and going from the airport.

Job duties include determining customer needs by speaking directly with customers, maintaining a reservation schedule, verifying all customers information needed to obtain a rental, prepare vehicles for customer pick up, maintain customer information within our system and receipting payments for rental vehicles.


Working conditions are primarily indoors, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.

Requirements

Successful candidates must have excellent phone skills, a positive attitude and enjoy talking with people. Computer proficiency is required, as is a willingness to learn in a multi-tasked work environment. General automobile knowledge is preferred. A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record is required. This position will also require working weekends.ย
