Buddy Moore Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:

  • Must have a current Class A CDL
  • Must be at least 22 years of age
  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR truck driving experience
  • Tarping & load securement required
  • No more than 5 jobs in the past 3 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Benefits:

  • $1,400-$1,700 per week - paid weekly!
    • Starting pay is 27% of linehaul
  • Weekly home time: 95% of our drivers get home every weekend
  • Full benefits: health, dental, vision, & disability
  • 6 paid holidays & 5 paid vacation days - increases to 10 after 3 years
  • 401(k) with match
  • Additional earning opportunities:
    • $1,500 orientation pay paid after delivery of first load
    • $4,000 retention bonus paid out over the year
    • Layover pay: $75
    • Breakdown pay: $75 first day, 80% of daily average after 1st day.
    • Tarp pay - 40% of loads are tarped
