We pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people.
Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The AI Solutions Architect is a business-focused transformation leader responsible for converting regional priorities and operational challenges into a portfolio of high-value AI initiatives. The role owns business demand, use-case prioritization, value cases, requirements, adoption, and benefit realization across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and support functions. Working in close partnership with the Group Business Transformation Studio (BTS), the position will assess and reuse Group solutions, co-develop new capabilities where needed, and lead their deployment and scaling within Seating North America. It serves as the primary business-side point of contact for AI in the region and as the counterpart to BTS, Group IT & Digital, and other enabling functions, ensuring that AI investments address clear business needs, comply with Group governance, and deliver measurable operational and financial impact.
Responsibilities:
Identify, prioritize, and shape AI use cases that support FORVIA's enterprise and manufacturing transformation, with clear value cases, feasibility assessments, and implementation roadmaps.
Build the value case for each candidate: baseline, expected benefit, investment, payback and the operational KPIs that will prove it.
Build AI literacy in the Region: run demonstrations, workshops and training that raise the capability of engineers, plant teams and managers to use and challenge AI solutions.
Track adoption as a first-class metric: usage, coverage, quality of use and user satisfaction, with corrective action when adoption stalls.
Evaluate existing AI solutions in collaboration with Group Business Transformation Studio(BTS) and lead deployment of use cases in the region.
Capitalizes on knowledge and shares best practices / lessons learned across organization and within the site in collaboration with BTS
Recommend the AI use case portfolio and its priorities for the Region, define business requirements, functional scope and acceptance criteria, and validate delivered solutions on behalf of the business.
Partner with engineering, plant, quality, supply chain, purchasing, and support functions to translate operational problems into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
Define business outcomes, functional requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria for enterprise and manufacturing AI use cases; collaborate with BTS and technical teams on solution design rather than acting as the primary hands-on technical architect.
Drive pilot-to-scale execution by defining success metrics, validating business outcomes, managing risks, and supporting industrialization of successful use cases.
Support change management and capability building by advising stakeholders, promoting adoption, and sharing best practices across engineering and operations.
Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency, engineering performance, manufacturing excellence, and cost reduction through practical AI deployment.
Commitment to the highest ethical standards and adherence to Faurecia Group Code of Ethics, Faurecia Group Code of Management, Faurecia Group Environmental Policy, and Faurecia Group Quality Policy.
All other duties as assigned by the company.

Advise on solution selection, pilot scope, rollout readiness, and business trade-offs, using BTS and technical experts to confirm architecture, integration, security, and technical feasibility.
Lead regional AI transformation and deployment initiatives in close collaboration with BTS, business process owners, and enabling functions, with accountability for adoption and value realization.
Knowledge / Skills:
Strong business acumen and practical fluency in AI, machine learning, generative AI, data, and digital transformation, sufficient to shape opportunities and collaborate effectively with BTS and technical delivery teams.
Ability to translate business strategy and operational pain points into prioritized use cases, compelling value cases, clear functional requirements, and executable transformation roadmaps.
Working understanding of cloud, data, integration, security, and AI lifecycle concepts, with the judgment to engage the appropriate BTS, IT, data, cybersecurity, and architecture specialists.
Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes, including quality, traceability, plant operations, product development, and performance optimization preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business, engineering, IT, and operations.
Experience defining KPIs, value realization metrics, and governance approaches for AI programs and digital transformation initiatives.
High learning agility, structured problem solving, and the ability to balance innovation with operational discipline and compliance.
Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
