Job description

Job Summary:
The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond is part of the nation's central bank, focusing on strengthening and protecting the economic systems. The ERP Platform Developer will design, build, and maintain integrations and custom applications connecting Workday and Ariba with various systems, emphasizing modern integration practices.
Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain integrations between Workday/Ariba and external systems
• Develop and maintain custom Workday Extend applications
• Support integrations across Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, and SAP Ariba
• Build and optimize Ariba master and transactional data integrations
• Collaborate with IT teams to deploy and monitor integrations
• Contribute to SAP Ariba BTP transition initiatives
• Apply software engineering principles to integration lifecycle management
• Provide on-call support and troubleshooting for integration environments
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3-5 years of Ariba integration development experience
• Experience utilizing Ariba REST APIs, ITK, and Configuration Management
• Expertise in web service/API technologies: WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, XSLT
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, Groovy, etc.)
• Experience with integration design and development for Cloud-based platforms
• 3-5 years of Workday integration development experience; deep Studio experience required
• Experience building Workday integrations using Studio, Cloud Connector, EIBs, Web Services (REST/SOAP) and Orchestration for Integrations
• Hands-on experience with both master and transactional data integrations
• Deep knowledge of the Source to Pay business process
• Strong background in monitoring, alerting, and error handling for integrations
• Ability to work and coordinate with third parties on data-related inquiries
• Well-versed in Agile development methodologies including Kanban/Scrum
