Job description

The Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM) Marketing Project Coordinator provides operational oversight for the BSSM Marketing team, working alongside the Marketing Manager and Israel to ensure day-to-day execution stays on track across every part of the department — social media content, video/photo recordings, campaign budgets, and paid advertising. This role is central to keeping the team's operations running smoothly and on schedule across all five BSSM school tracks. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable coordinating multiple projects and people at once in a fast-paced creative environment.


Hours: 20 hours per week

Compensation: $20.00 per hour


Job Requirements

• Coordinate day-to-day marketing operations across all five BSSM school tracks.

• Oversee social media content planning, scheduling, and posting.

• Manage video and photo recording schedules to ensure content deadlines are met.

• Track campaign budgets and ad spend across Meta Ads for all school tracks.

• Monitor campaign performance and flag issues or delays early.

• Ensure all deliverables are correctly executed and aligned with enrollment goals.

• Work alongside the Marketing Manager and Israel to keep the team's operations running on schedule,

ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.


Minimum Qualifications

• Believes and adheres to the beliefs and vision of Bethel Church

• Aligned with the mission and culture of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry.

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines across teams.

• Familiarity with social media content workflows and/or paid advertising campaigns a plus.

• Clear communicator, able to coordinate effectively across a multilingual, multi-track team.

• This position does not qualify for sponsorship of work authorization or an employment visa, so candidates must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. to be considered for this position.
