Role Overview

Seeking a senior BSS Technical Architect with SRE expertise to design, deploy, and operate highly available, resilient, and scalable telecom BSS platforms. The role combines deep Oracle BSS stack expertise, cloud-native architecture, and strong operational reliability ownership across on-prem and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and design high availability, resilient, and scalable BSS systems.
  • Lead installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of
  • Oracle BRM, PDC, ECE, OCOMC, and BIP.
  • Hands-on experience with layering the BRM containers for functional changes.
  • Drive SRE practices, including reliability, monitoring, incident management, and RCA.
  • Design and implement HA and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies for BSS platforms.
  • Support on-prem, cloud-native, and hybrid deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex production issues.
  • Collaborate across infrastructure, network, security, and DBA teams.
Required Skills
  • Strong Telecom BSS domain knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle BRM, PDC, ECE, OCOMC, BIP.
