Job Title: OSS / BSS Consultant
Location : Bellevue (WA).
Full Time (Permanent)
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred
At least 6 years of experience in Telco domain with strong exposure to OSS/ BSS.
At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
Proficient and well versed in Digital Transformation and Customer Experience Management domain with experience in e-commerce / Self Service
Fully aware of latest standards (eTOM / TAM / SID) & their applicability to customer experience management & Digital.
Must have sound functional knowledge of Telecom BSS.
Experience in providing solutions in the following domain areas -Wireline - Copper , Fiber and Hybrid/Wireless - 3G, 4G, LTE - Retail, Wholesale, Enterprise Segments
Experience in business analysis, business process modelling, information models development, use cases, Design documentation, UML modelling, etc.
