Responsibilities

You'll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day success of the store.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.

  • Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.

  • Recommend automotive products and services based on customer needs.

  • Coordinate service appointments and communicate timelines.

  • Support merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations.

  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.

  • Learn all aspects of store operations and business performance.

  • Support store leadership and serve as Manager-on-Duty when appropriate as part of your development.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver's license

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Willingness to learn new systems and operational processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent technical/educational training

  • Previous retail sales experience

  • Previous automotive experience

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
