OEM Territory Representative (OTR) – EMEA

Reports to: OEM Sales Manager, EMEA

Function: OEM Sales – Brocade Storage Networking (BSN) & Emulex Connectivity Division (ECD)

Location: Regional (EMEA)

Role Overview

The OEM Territory Representative (OTR) is responsible for driving Broadcom’s OEM business across the Brocade (BSN) and Emulex (ECD) product lines throughout EMEA. Acting as the interface between Broadcom and the OEM organizations (Dell, IBM, HPE, Lenovo, Hitachi, Fujitsu, NetApp, etc.), the OTR ensures alignment on business strategy, go- to-market execution, training, and performance tracking. As the primary interface between Broadcom and OEM sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams, the OTR is responsible for:

  • Expanding revenue through attach, refresh, and competitive conversion programs.
  • Driving pipeline growth by identifying and executing regional sales opportunities.
  • Securing design wins and ensuring Broadcom solutions remain embedded in OEM architectures.
  • Building trusted relationships with OEM sellers, solution architects, and regional leadership.

A successful OTR combines sales acumen, data-driven execution, and strategic alignment to position Broadcom as the preferred technology partner across all layers of the data center, from compute to storage to networking.
