Description

Detail-oriented Deposit Servicing Specialist I to support its Deposit Operations team. This individual will be responsible for processing customer account requests, maintaining account information, and ensuring transactions are completed accurately and within established service-level agreements (SLAs).

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume operational environment, enjoys process-driven work, and is committed to accuracy, compliance, and exceptional internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Process consumer deposit account maintenance requests and servicing transactions.

Review and manage daily work queues while meeting established service-level expectations.

Perform account updates, corrections, and maintenance activities with a high level of accuracy.

Research and resolve account-related issues and follow up with internal partners as needed.

Validate and process outgoing wire transfer requests according to established procedures and approval limits.

Maintain accurate customer and account information across multiple banking systems.

Escalate unusual transactions, operational concerns, or compliance-related issues to management.

Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements including BSA/AML guidelines.

Support operational efficiency initiatives and assist with special projects as assigned.
