Job Description

Ability to make enhancements, or address issues in the current product as a developer

* Provide world-class 1st and 2nd level phone support for our product, services, 

network and internet      connectivity and general computing. 

Be willing to take calls or answer emails over the weekend 

Build training videos, write and create articles and documentation for our knowledge base. Provide product and services training to existing and new customers.

Proactive support, monitor the health of our network of devices and work with customers their system(s) is operational. 

Work with our customers in various ways to make sure they are ultimately successful!


Qualifications
