Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

•          Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

•          Collaborate with software developers to identify test requirements and design test strategies.

•          Build and enhance test frameworks and tools to improve automation coverage and efficiency.

•          Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and early defect detection.

•          Execute and analyze automated test results, track defects, and report quality metrics.

•          Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and quality standards.

•          Provide guidance on best practices for testing and automation.

•          Continuously improve the QA process through innovation and adoption of new tools/techniques.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Required:

•          Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

•          Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).

•          Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, Junit, NUnit).

•          Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and automated service testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).

•          Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and source control (Git).

•          Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

•          Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred:

•          Experience with performance and load testing (JMeter, Gatling).

•          Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

•          Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

•          Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
