• Engage in the CA feedback loop: give and receive direct, actionable coaching daily to sharpen your craft.
• Collaborate across teams to break down barriers for scholars—if a student is struggling, it’s everyone’s job to find the solution.

• Operation Spark - Fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Operation Spark - Advanced Javascript, Functional Programming, and Web Development

• The Baseline: Bachelor’s degree required.
• The Experience: 2+ years of professional similar experience. We prefer candidates who have a track record of success with students or communities similar to ours.
