Job description


  • Focus on genetics and pediatric segments to introduce and secure new business and increase existing business for GeneDx

  • Partner with pediatric specialty call points in the assigned territory through consultative selling, education, and first-line account management

  • Generate leads and maintain physician and staff satisfaction with GeneDx programs and services

  • Coordinate sales and service activities among GeneDx team members

  • Coordinate with operations for consistent follow-up and timely issue resolution

  • Implement sales and marketing plans

  • Support physician dinners, conferences, and special events

  • Prospect and establish new physician relationships through pipeline management and value proposition communication

  • Promote GeneDx services consultatively, determine customer needs, and recommend solutions

  • Hold in-person and virtual client meetings, with field time expected 4.5 days per week

  • Travel as needed, including some required weekends, evenings, or overnights
