Job description

PatchMaster Bryan/College Station 

PatchMaster Bryan/College Station is hiring an Experience Drywall Finisher to take ownership of residential and light commercial drywall repair and finishing jobs. 

This role is for an experienced professional who can work independently, manage jobs end-to-end, and represent our brand with pride in customer's homes. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Perform high-quality drywall repair, hanging, finishing, and advanced texture matching 
  • Complete interior painting, including blends, touch-ups, and full wall repaints 

  • Handle small trim and light carpentry work as needed 

  • Manage jobs from arrival to completion with minimal supervision 

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and customers 

  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle 

  • Ensure jobs are completed efficiently with minimal callbacks 

  • Help set quality standards and support training of future technicians as the team grows 

Pay & Benefits 

  • $24–$34/hour, based on experience and productivity 
    (Top of range reserved for highly skilled, independent finishers) 

  • Company vehicle provided after training period

  • Branded uniforms provided 

  • Training on PatchMaster systems and standards

Requirements 

     Required 

  • 3+ years of drywall repair, finishing, and installation experience 

  • Expert-level texture matching

  • Strong interior painting skills (repairs, blends, and full repaints) 

  • Ability to complete jobs independently and problem-solve on site 

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship 

    Preferred 

  • Carpentry or general home repair experience 

  • Bilingual English/Spanish 

  • Comfortable using job apps or mobile technology (e.g. Jobber)
