Position Overview
San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play an essential role in providing quality, resident-centered care while helping our residents maintain their dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining.
  • Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive resident care.
  • Assist residents with safe transfers, positioning, ambulation, and mobility.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition, behavior, or vital signs to the nursing team.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Assist with documentation and participate in care planning as directed.
  • Promote resident dignity, privacy, independence, and quality of life.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid California CNA certification required.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach to resident care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
