Blush & Brow Spa and Salon is seeking a highly experienced, talented, and passionate Master Nail Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a true professional with years of hands-on experience, advanced technical skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate is confident working in a high-end, fast-paced spa and salon environment and takes pride in creating a luxury experience for every guest. An established clientele is strongly preferred and encouraged to apply.


Responsibilities

  • Perform a full range of professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel services, enhancements, and nail art
  • Provide advanced nail care treatments, including cuticle care, shaping, detailed finishing, and polish application
  • Customize services based on each client's individual needs, preferences, and lifestyle
  • Consult with clients and provide professional recommendations for nail care and appropriate products
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail while delivering consistently high-quality results
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through outstanding customer service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with salon and industry standards
  • Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques, products, and industry standards
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented salon environment
