As a Server, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming dining experience for our residents and guests. Your attention to service, hospitality, and care helps ensure mealtimes are enjoyable, engaging, and reflective of the high standards of our community.

Your Role:

As a Server, you are responsible for supporting daily dining operations by providing friendly, timely, and attentive meal service while maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment.

Position Highlights:

  • Rate of Pay: $15.25
  • Eligible for $500 Sign on bonus - $250 paid after 90 days and $250 after 6 months

What You’ll Do:

  • Take meal and beverage orders and serve food in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
  • Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals and dining experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of daily specials, menus, and food items to assist residents with selections.
  • Set up, maintain, and clean dining room tables, side stations, and surrounding areas.
  • Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
  • Practice proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including completing assigned checklists.
  • Support orientation and training of new servers as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and hospitality.
  • Assist with dining room organization, flow, and supply placement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous dining or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Enjoys working with seniors and providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to interact professionally and courteously with residents, guests, and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
  • Demonstrates good judgment, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift trays, dishes, and supplies (up to 25–50 lbs.).
  • Possible exposure to cleaning chemicals and food service equipment.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends/holidays.
  • Comfort interacting closely with residents during meals.
