Job description

Bron Tapes is the premier producer, converter, and distributor of pressure sensitive tapes, adhesives, and innovative solutions in North America. For the last 45+ years, our team of Application Specialists has worked with customers to identify tape solutions critical to their business. From manufacturing and industrial applications, to building and construction, arts and entertainment and more, customers trust Bron Tapes to find or develop tape solutions that solve problems.

Bron tapes is hiring an Inside Sales Supervisor in their Denver, CO location. This individual will lead a team of inside sales representatives who proactively drive revenue through outbound prospecting, account growth calls, and campaign-based selling, not just inbound order processing. Balancing coaching and pipeline accountability with hands-on involvement in key accounts and cross-functional coordination with outside sales, marketing, customer service, and business operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of inside sales reps focused on outbound calling, prospecting, and proactive account penetration
• Set and monitor daily/weekly outbound call and talk-time targets, alongside quote volume and conversion metrics
• Drive execution of outbound campaigns (win-back, cross-sell/upsell, new account acquisition, price-increase notifications)
• Monitor team performance against KPIs: outbound activity volume, pipeline generated, quote-to-order conversion, win rate
• Coach reps on call technique, objection handling, and proactive selling skills — not just service/order-taking
• Partner with outside sales and marketing on target account lists, campaign priorities, and lead handoff
• Handle escalated customer issues and support reps on complex/strategic account calls
• Ensure accurate CRM activity logging (calls, opportunities, follow-ups) to track proactive selling effort
• Conduct regular 1:1s and call coaching/ride-along (live or recorded) to reinforce outbound behaviors
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training with an emphasis on selling aptitude, not just customer service skills
• Report on outbound activity and pipeline metrics to sales leadership
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Knowledge, & Skills:
• 3–5+ years of proactive/outbound inside sales experience in industrial/B2B distribution; 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity preferred
• Track record of hitting outbound activity and revenue targets, not just handling inbound demand
• Strong coaching skills specific to sales technique and prospecting discipline
• Comfortable holding a team accountable to activity metrics, not just service metrics
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
