Job description

Summary of Position:

The Foodservice/K-12 Broker Services Coordinator serves as the primary support resource for MBC Companies' Foodservice/K-12 broker network. This role is responsible for coordinating broker onboarding, training, communication, sample management, food show support, broker portal administration, and sales support activities that strengthen broker effectiveness and support growth throughout the Foodservice/K-12 channel.

Essential Functions:

• Serve as the primary support contact for MBC’s Foodservice/K-12 broker network.

• Coordinate broker onboarding and setup activities.

• Maintain broker contact databases, distribution lists, and broker records.

• Provide ongoing support and communication to broker partners.

• Maintain broker contracts, agreements, and related documentation.

• Administer and maintain the broker portal and coordinate broker training.

• Develop and distribute broker communications and support materials.

• Manage all Foodservice/K-12 sample requests from broker partners.

• Coordinate sample fulfillment, inventory tracking, shipment monitoring, and reporting.

• Support national, regional, and state Foodservice/K-12 food shows and events, including SNA events.

• Coordinate registrations, logistics, booth materials, and event documentation.

• Support Foodservice/K-12 product launch initiatives and related communications.

• Maintain key sales support documents including COIs, broker agreements, and event records.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Product Development teams.

• Provide backup administrative support as needed.


Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• 3+ years of sales support, broker support, customer support, or administrative coordination experience.

• Foodservice, Foodservice/K-12, broker management, or event coordination experience preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

• Ability to learn CRM, broker portal, and internal business systems.
