Job Summary:

Lendz Financial is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven mortgage Account Executive to drive broker partnerships and fuel loan volume growth. In this high-impact, front-line role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to mortgage brokers-helping them navigate products and close more loans with speed and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solicit New Business: Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with brokers to secure loans, ensuring consistent growth in the company's client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, acting as a trusted resource for all questions related to the mortgage industry and Lendz
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding client service by promptly addressing loan status inquiries and resolving any issues during the loan process.
  • Operational Collaboration: Partner with the operations team to facilitate the successful submission, processing, and closing of loans as needed.
  • Client Training & Support: Provide brokers with training and conduct informational meetings.
  • Rate Lock Monitoring: Stay vigilant on expiring rate locks and ensure timely communication with brokers.
  • Represent the Brand: Be a champion of the Lendz experience-delivering consistent, exceptional service that drives loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Wholesale AE Experience: 3+ years in a wholesale Account Executive role, with a current book of producing brokers.
  • Non-QM Knowledge: Familiarity with Non-QM products and confidence explaining complex lending scenarios.
  • Strong Track Record: Demonstrated ability to drive volume and hit sales targets consistently.
  • Service-First Mentality: Deep commitment to delivering white-glove service and solving problems with urgency and care.
  • Self-Motivated & Organized: Driven, highly organized, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Communication Excellence: Clear, confident, and persuasive-across phone, email, and presentations.
  • Operational Savvy: Solid grasp of loan origination, underwriting workflows, and industry standards.
  • Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using Salesforce, LOS platforms, and MS Office tools.
