Job description

Physical Therapist

Neurosport Physical Therapy provides backstage physical therapy services to Broadway and off-Broadway productions. We are looking for additional Physical Therapists to work as needed for backstage Physical Therapy sessions for the cast and crew.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quick assessments, injury prevention measures, and manual therapy during 20 minute or 30 minute sessions.
  • Practitioner provides the hours of physical therapy services agreed upon. Shifts are generally 1.5-2 hours in length.
  • Complete weekly sign up sheet and weekly report for assigned production and send to corporate and production management.
  • Complete daily documentation.
  • Maintains patient confidence and protects corporate operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations as noted in the state law and OSHA.
  • Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

Pay: From $65.00 per hour
