- Provide strategic vision and leadership for the entire Media House.
- Lead and inspire teams responsible for marketing, broadcasting, communications, design, digital strategy, and creative production.
- Serve as the steward of the Spring Arbor University brand across every communication channel.
- Develop integrated marketing and storytelling strategies that support enrollment growth and institutional priorities.
- Expand broadcasting and media initiatives including radio, podcasts, livestreaming, athletics broadcasts, and video production.
- Collaborate with university leadership, faculty, admissions, athletics, advancement, and student life to tell compelling stories.
- Develop partnerships with schools and organizations that create opportunities for future students interested in media and communications.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, fun, innovation, and Christ-centered excellence.
- Significant senior leadership experience in marketing, communications, broadcasting, media production, creative services, or a related field.
- A proven ability to lead multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Experience building brands, developing integrated communication strategies, and managing complex projects.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
