CBN International – Virginia Beach, VA

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for a Producer to produce and edit weekly live shows, specials, and TV series, internet content and provide television segments to help meet CBN’s ministry objectives. If you like to engage your creative talents in storytelling that encourages others, this role will provide that opportunity! Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN’s Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Working knowledge of live television production and post-production procedures
  • Working knowledge of editing software – Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to research internet sites for content; conceptualize and complete a plan
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office and digital media platforms
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as an effective member of a cross-cultural team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport with all levels of management, staff, and outside public
  • Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • In-depth understanding of the Farsi-speaking world and its culture preferred
  • Demonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN’s nonprofit Christian mission
