Job description

Game Day Operations Internship
Assist in the planning and execution of game day operations, supporting promotional, production, and in-game entertainment efforts. Participate in homestand promotion meetings to contribute ideas and ensure clear, creative, and well-executed activations. Collaborate with broadcast, social media, and on-field teams to manage music, scoreboard, and video board elements, including coordinating all pre-game and in-game performances. Execute promotions and special events according to the game day script while helping prepare detailed pre-game and in-game schedules. Work closely with MiLB.TV camera operators and production crews to support high-quality video capture for live broadcast and social content.
  • Participate in homestand promotions meetings to ensure clarity, creativity, and clean execution.
  • Support broadcast, social, and on-field teams with production of music, scoreboard and video board responsibilities.
  • Coordinate music, graphics, and video for all pre-game and in-game performances.
  • Develop and execute all game-day promotions and special events as outlined in the game day script.
  • Work with MiLB.TV camera operators and game-day production crews to ensure strong video capture for social content.
  • Prepare in game and pre game schedule as needed.
