Individual will work closely with the sales team to ensure effective placement of sales activity. Specifically, you'll work with the sales force on processing advertising contracts, obtaining creative materials, generating support materials for sales team, and coordinating the scheduling and launch of advertising campaigns. Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain advertising contracts and orders with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Coordinate the scheduling, launch, and execution of advertising campaigns across broadcast and digital platforms.
  • Assist Account Executives and Sales Managers in developing customized sales proposals, advertising packages, and client presentations.
  • Create compelling support materials and marketing collateral for the sales team.
  • Track and monitor the progress of sales initiatives and special projects.
  • Compile, analyze, and distribute digital campaign performance reports.
  • Assist in developing digital recaps and client-facing presentations that demonstrate campaign results and ROI.
  • Support sales leadership with performance reporting and presentation materials.
  • Create and manage a bi-weekly sales department newsletter.
  • Serve as backup support for the Traffic Department and Digital Client specialists as needed.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and departmental documentation.
  • Vacation Relief Duties as Assigned
  • Communicate effectively with Sales, Traffic, Production, Finance, and Digital Operations teams.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external clients.

Requirements:ย  ย 

  • Previous experience in sales support, media operations, marketing, advertising, or a related field preferred.
  • Broadcast television, digital advertising, or media industry experience is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint applications.
  • Experience with WideOrbit, MediaLine, or similar media platforms preferred.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and dependable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Related military experience will be considered.
