Position Description
BSU's Athletics Department provides inclusive intercollegiate athletics and recreational programs that contribute to the recruitment, retention, and graduation of a diverse student body. We develop leaders, encourage community engagement, and strengthen the overall social fabric of the university.
The Sports Broadcaster will work with the live streaming broadcast crew of the Bears Sports Network with Intercollegiate Sports games.
Responsibilities include:
  • Play by Play announcing
  • Color commentating
  • Camera Operation
  • Production Technician

Eligibility requirements:
Must be a Bridgewater State University undergraduate student registered for a minimum of six credits for the Fall 2026 semester.
Preferred Qualifications
Must be able to work afternoons after 3:00pm, week night evenings and weekends.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift equipment minimum of 25lbs.
