Job Summary:
Saviance is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to manage coordination activities for new Broadcast Systems projects within the Entertainment group. The role involves monitoring project activities, creating presentations, and maintaining documentation for test processes.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, monitor, and report on project activities.
• Create and present power point slide for various projects.
• Create detailed process documentation and consolidating status from the team.
• Create weekly accomplishments presentations for executives, upper management.
• Assist with test documentation, facilitate scheduling of Test Documents review meetings with other teams.
• Resource Management tool updates for all test team members, generating reports for the same.
• Maintaining Hardware lists and equipment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Excellent in MS Excel skills, knowledge on Excel Marcos.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in creating power point presentations
• Knowledge on updating and maintaining wiki pages
• Keen eyes on details
• Excellent documentation skills
