This position supports a remote work setting, allowing counselors to engage with clients through telehealth. • Conduct individual assessments and therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support client healing.
• Develop customized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring a thorough understanding of their personal challenges and aspirations.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and administrative staff to coordinate comprehensive care for each client.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to all regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices in mental health.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Well Path, you will be working with a broad spectrum of clients, including those facing stress, anxiety, depression, family conflicts, trauma, and substance use issues. Your role is critical in fostering a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Through telehealth, you will reach underserved populations that may otherwise have limited access to mental health resources.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with diverse populations.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use counseling, or trauma-informed approaches is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to modify therapeutic approaches to meet the specific needs of various client demographics will be an asset.

Well Path Counseling & Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
