The Well Path Counseling & Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic clinical team. • Design and implement personalized therapy strategies for clients, conducting comprehensive assessments to ensure tailored interventions.
• Provide therapeutic services that employ evidence-based practices for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while complying with applicable legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with a variety of health professionals to deliver holistic client care, participating in care team meetings to discuss treatment plans.
• Stay current with developments in the field of mental health by participating in ongoing workshops and professional development opportunities.

As an LPC at Well Path Counseling & Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, substance misuse, and trauma. Your role will be pivotal in guiding clients towards recovery and self-discovery, adapting your therapeutic techniques to meet their unique needs while fostering a non-judgmental, supportive environment.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• Minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in a mental health setting.
• Solid understanding of ethical/legal guidelines relevant to mental health practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport with a wide range of clients.

• Specialization or additional training in family therapy, substance abuse, trauma-informed care, or similar areas will be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated success in managing a diverse caseload with varying levels of complexity.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and systems to provide virtual care.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, in addition to performance bonuses.
