BRIO Fitness Training Specialist
Join a team that's redefining what happens after physical therapy
At BRIO, we help clients bridge the gap between rehab and real-life strength, confidence, and long-term wellness. If you're passionate about coaching, love working with people, and want to make a real impact, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
  • Lead engaging small-group training sessions
  • Partner with physical therapists to create a seamless transition from rehab to fitness
  • Build individualized programs that meet clients where they are and take them further
  • Motivate, educate, and build lasting relationships with clients
  • Keep schedules and client records organized
  • Ensure a smooth, professional experience from the first session to create long-term success

What We're Looking For
  • Background in exercise science, kinesiology, or personal training (preferred)
  • Experience with physical therapy, older adults, or special populations is a plus
