What is Brigade Energy Services?

Brigade Energy Services is a leading provider of well services to the oil and gas industry in the United States. The company specializes in well completion, workover, and maintenance operations, helping energy producers maximize the productivity and safety of their wells. Brigade Energy Services operates a fleet of advanced rigs and employs skilled professionals to deliver efficient, high-quality service. Their focus is on safety, technology, and operational excellence.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a field operator at Brigade Energy Services?

To thrive as a Field Operator at Brigade Energy Services, you need a strong understanding of oilfield operations, safety protocols, and mechanical aptitude, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant industry experience. Proficiency with well-servicing equipment, rigging tools, and safety management systems such as HSE platforms is typically required. Strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and effective communication set outstanding operators apart in the field. These skills and qualities are crucial for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable well service operations in demanding environments.

What does a typical work schedule look like for field employees at Brigade Energy Services?

Field employees at Brigade Energy Services often work rotational shifts, such as 14 days on followed by 7 days off, or similar extended hour schedules. The rotation allows for extended time off, which can support work-life balance, but the demanding nature of the work and time away from home can be a challenge. Teamwork is essential, as field crews rely on strong communication and collaboration to ensure safety and efficiency in often remote environments.
