What You’ll Do

The Shipping & Receiving Team Member is responsible for the efficient operation of the warehouse distribution operations. This role ensures accurate receipt, handling, storage, and shipment of raw materials, finished goods, supplies, and equipment. The position supports company production goals, quality standards, and food safety requirements while performing a broad range of tasks as directed by supervision. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare domestic and international shipments in compliance with applicable shipping requirements and company specifications
  • Pick, stage and verify orders; apply appropriate shipping labels and/or instructions
  • Receive incoming materials, supplies, equipment, and returned goods
  • Verify received materials against purchase orders and receiving documentation
  • Transport materials to appropriate storage locations or between warehouse areas and manufacturing cells
  • Maintain accurate records, conduct inventory counts, and prepare shipping and receiving reports
  • Safely operate forklifts, electrical hoists, and other powered material-handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials
  • Perform light maintenance and sanitation tasks as required
  • Participate actively in staff meetings and communications
  • Comply with all company and regulatory safety, sanitation, GMP, SQF, Food Safety, and Food Quality policies
  • Provide support to manufacturing, customer service, and sales teams as needed

Starting Wage: $22.00/hour
Shift Premium: +$1.00/hour for 2nd Shift
