At Bridgewater Retirement Community, our Certified Nursing Assistants are the heart of the care we provide.

Our CNA role offers flexible, rewarding work across our campus, supporting residents with daily care needs and meaningful engagement.

The focus of the CNA is to:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centered care and emotional support.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting independence and dignity.
  • Collaborate closely with nurses and household teams to create a warm, home-like environment.

Opportunities are available in Nursing Households.

Requirements:

  • Active CNA certification in Virginia (or eligibility to transfer certification from another state)
  • Prior experience in senior living, skilled nursing, or healthcare (preferred but not required)
  • Flexibility, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills
  • A true passion for caring for older adults in a nonprofit, mission-driven setting
  • Must be 16 years of age or older to work in Nursing Households and 18 years or older to work in Assisted Living/Memory Support.
