Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: Patient Support Specialists assist at various offices within their region, performing administrative and clinical functions including preparing patients and exam rooms for eye examinations, performing preliminary testing, advising patients on the best lens options for their needs, collecting necessary information for patient visits, collecting patient copays, and providing patient services throughout each patients' visit to ensure a positive experience.
WORK LOCATION: This is a traveling position. This role will support our Midwest Eye Consultants practices in the Akron, Ohio Region.
